Work receipts

Receipts.

Receipts, not claims. This page collects the proof we can show now, the operating receipts we are building, and the gate before any public live counter exists.

Operating receipts

What is moving behind the scenes.

Polsia made work visible with a public counter. Conversion System starts with private operating receipts so the public version does not publish emptiness.

Private live ledger

The internal ledger tracks scorecards, scorecard-to-audit rate, qualified audits, paid-audit movement, Resend email movement, and owner follow-up.

  • Private first
  • No ARR label
  • Publish only after gates are met

Scorecard-first path

Technical buyers now start with the AI Infrastructure Scorecard before the Revenue Audit. That creates useful diagnostic work before a call.

  • Problem before contact
  • Score before sprint
  • Audit only when worth doing

Revenue Gap Preview

The scorecard and audit paths now return a concrete gap hypothesis, the evidence needed to confirm it, and the next proof task before asking for a sales call.

  • Useful work before a call
  • Dashboard-visible
  • Resend event payload-ready

Revenue Audit path

The audit collects the revenue problem first and carries source, vertical, UTM, landing page, and first landing page into D1 and Resend.

  • D1 canonical
  • Resend for CRM and automation
  • Owner review before action

Public proof gate

Why /live is still private.

A public counter is powerful only after the underlying work is alive. Until replies, paid-audit movement, and closed revenue exist, the honest public evidence is this ledger.

Do not publish zeros

A counter showing no movement would prove inactivity. The public live page waits until the ledgers can carry the story.

  • Replies first
  • Paid audits first
  • Closed revenue first

Use honest labels

When the public counter launches, it should not call client revenue ARR. Use operating labels that a finance lead can audit.

  • Operating Run Rate
  • Paid audits closed
  • Sprint pipeline

Keep raw movement private

Buyer names, reply context, and internal follow-up stay private. Public proof should be aggregated, permission-safe, and caveated.

  • Mask PII
  • Review every learning
  • Publish only safe receipts

Receipts ledger

Named, dated, caveated.

This is the public version of the operating habit: name the work, show the evidence, and write the caveat next to the number.

Date / window Receipt Evidence Caveat
Client proof packet The Flower Shop $1.95M/month revenue context, +11.86% MoM movement, 336K monthly page views, and +55 SEO score movement. Retail revenue also depends on brand, store operations, product mix, promotions, and market demand.
Client proof packet GreenSoul $175K/month revenue context, 1,100+ ranking keywords, and 900+ monthly sessions. Organic movement compounds over time and depends on authority, market behavior, and shipped content staying live.
Multi-year proof packet Purple Lotus $27M/year company scale and more than 60 percent growth since 2018. Company proof includes leadership, merchandising, compliance, local market conditions, and execution beyond one tactic.
2026-05-30 Private live ledger /admin/live tracks scorecards, scorecard-to-audit rate, qualified audits, owner follow-up, email movement, and paid-audit movement. It stays private until the public proof gates are met. A counter with empty ledgers would hurt trust.
2026-05-30 Scorecard-first technical path Technical pages route first to the AI Infrastructure Scorecard, then to the Revenue Audit when the gap is serious enough. The scorecard is a diagnostic. It is not a claim that a sprint is worth doing for every visitor.
2026-06-01 Revenue Gap Preview Scorecard and audit outputs now carry one likely gap, evidence needed, next proof task, and recommended next action into the buyer dashboard and Resend event payloads. This is operating proof of the diagnostic path. It is not buyer movement, closed revenue, or permission to publish a live counter.

Next step

Start with the audit.

If there is a measurable revenue problem worth fixing, the Revenue Audit shows whether a Revenue System Sprint is the right next move.
