By hand
The week with no post.
Someone remembers on Thursday. The caption is written in the app, the photo is whatever is on the phone, and nobody can say next month what went out or why.
Social publishing
Social publishing here is the job of planning a month, drafting the posts, and holding every one until a person says yes. Postwire is how that job runs today. The product reads the site, writes from your logo and colors, and does not publish a draft you have not approved. The product page covers the product.
Two ways
By hand
Someone remembers on Thursday. The caption is written in the app, the photo is whatever is on the phone, and nobody can say next month what went out or why.
With the system
A month is planned. Posts are drafted. Each one waits. After you approve, it can publish. The record shows the draft, the approval, and the post that went out.
Status
This job runs on Postwire today. You can use the product on its own. If the queue needs to sit beside other work, that is a plan conversation, not a second social tool.
Postwire
Postwire reads your website, builds a 30-day plan, and writes the posts. Images come from your logo and colors. Nothing posts without a yes. postwire.app/pricing is where the plans are listed. Our Postwire page is the longer note from us.
The product connects LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Google Business, Bluesky, and Discord. A plan includes three connected networks. You choose which three.
The queue is the product. A draft can sit. Rejecting one is how the next month’s drafts move. Approving without reading teaches the loop that unread is fine.
There is a weekly report, a Studio path for video, and a multi-client console that exists and is opening to outside agencies. That is what the product lists. Reach is a separate question, and the queue does not answer it.
The yes
Each caption and each image waits. A person on the business, or the person you named, lets it go. There is no setting we will tell you to flip so the month posts itself.
If a draft says something you cannot stand behind, you reject it. That includes a dispensary claim, a medical result, or a price you did not publish. The queue is where that gets caught.
Name them before the first month. A queue with no owner is a folder of drafts. The plan asks for the name.
The record
What was written, for which day, on which network. You can see the month before any of it goes out.
Who said yes, and which drafts were rejected or edited. The learn loop uses that. So can you, when you want to know why a post exists.
What actually went out. The weekly report inside the product is one view. Your own yes is the record that matters.
The rest of the week
Content and SEO is the page or the post on your site, approved the same way. Social can point at it after both exist. One approval does not cover the other.
The content localizer writes a location’s own version of an article. It is not a caption. Do not ask the social queue to invent a city page.
The queue is open to a trade, a dispensary, and a clinic. What each one may say in public is not the same, and the approver has to know which desk they are posting for.
Questions
The job is plan, draft, approve, publish, and keep the record. Postwire is the product that does that job today: it reads the site, drafts a 30-day plan, makes images from the logo and colors, and holds each post until you approve it. If you want the product tour, use the Postwire page. The habit is what you are reading about.
Not if the draft is still unapproved. Publishing waits for a yes. If the queue sits untouched, nothing goes out, and that is the correct result. The next month’s drafts get better when you approve and reject on purpose. They do not get better from a timer.
LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Google Business, Bluesky, and Discord. A plan includes three of them. You pick the three. Adding a network is not the same as having something worth saying on it. Start with the ones you will actually read.
The product has a multi-client console, and that console is opening to agencies outside our own work. It is not a blank check to post for a client who has not approved the words. Each client still needs a person who can say yes. The console is the place those queues sit together.
No. It promises a month of drafts and a record of what you approved. Reach is whatever the networks do with a post after it is live. We will not put a view count in the plan as if the queue could guarantee it.
The month
If the answer is “whoever remembers,” that is the gap. We will say whether this queue is the first build.
