Who it is for

Three kinds of business.

The work is different, so the pages are different. Home services run on calls, photos, and estimates. Dispensaries run on the menu, the age check, and the next order. Vet and dental run on a front desk that is also the phone, the recall list, and the reminder.

What is shared

The approval is the part we will not skip.

One job first.

Each page points at a system you can read on its own. We do not ask a shop to install three things in a week because a diagram had three boxes.

A person on the hook.

Customer-facing words that commit the company wait. The industry changes what “commit” means: a price, a product claim, a clinical sentence. The queue is the same shape.

A record, not a slogan.

You should be able to see what ran: the calls logged, the drafts waiting, and the reminders that went out. The record is the week, written down.

If you are none of these

Say what the job is. Do not force the label.

Another trade.

If the week is still calls and quotes, the home services page is the closest read, and the plan is where you correct us.

A product instead.

Kyra, Botender, and Postwire are on the products page when you want to run something yourself. This hub is the build, for a job that is specific to the business.

An agency.

If you sell the work to your own clients, the agency page is how an engagement gets a name.

Questions

Which page should you open?

Why only three industries?

Because those are the three we can describe without borrowing another page’s sentences. A longer list of industries would be labels with the same paragraph under each. If your business is close to one of these, start there and tell us where it differs. If it is not close, use the plan and describe the job in your own words.

Do the pages share a system?

They point at the same three builds when the job matches: missed calls, first replies, and photo quotes. The rules on top are different. A dispensary cannot say what a plumber can say. A clinic cannot say what a shop can say. The system page is the job. The industry page is the constraint.

Where did the old local-services URL go?

It now opens the home services page. The old online-stores URL opens the systems hub, because that buyer’s page was retired in favor of the jobs. Agencies open the products page, which is where a team that wants to run a product should start. This hub is the index of the pages that are actually written.

Will you add a page for my industry if I ask?

Describe the job on the plan. If the week is calls, photos, or a front desk, start with the closest of these three and say where yours differs. A new industry page comes after that work is running.

Your week

If none of the three labels fit, describe the job.

The plan does not require you to pick a box. A person reads what you write and names the first system, or says we are the wrong shop.
