SEO and visibility

Check where locals find you.

Checks your Google Business Profile and the directories your buyers use, such as Yelp, Apple Maps, Weedmaps and Leafly. You get a score for each listing it can read, every mismatch in your name, address, phone and hours, and listing copy ready to paste.

  • Writes drafts only
  • Uses your listing links
  • Reads public pages, no logins

01When to use it

Use it when people find you on a map first.

  • Customers find you on a map or in a directory before they reach your site.
  • Your rules limit which ad channels you can use, so listings carry more of the load.
  • A listing looks thin: few photos, old hours, unanswered reviews, a menu that does not match the store.
  • You fixed things and want to see what moved since the last run.

Not for

  • Your own site's search ranking. Use /seo-audit
  • Answers in AI search. Use /geo-optimize
  • Paid placement, after checking what your category allows. Use /ads-plan

02What it needs

What you hand it.

  • Your locations, hours, categories and what you sell.
  • Your rules on what you may not claim. If there are none on file, it says so instead of assuming there are none.
  • Links to your listings, where you have them.
  • Optional: a Google Business Profile export or a Weedmaps screenshot.

03What it writes

Four things, all drafts.

brief.md
The scope, the listings checked, the owner, and what counts as done.
final/local-visibility.md
Scores, the name, address and phone table, quick wins, findings worst first, and the draft copy.
data/baseline.json
The scores, saved so the next run shows what moved.
Ledger rows
The score and, where the listing showed them, the review count and rating, dated, with the listing as source.

04Limits

What it never does.

  • Edit a listing, post a reply, claim a profile, or contact a platform.
  • Score a page it could not load. That page is reported as unverified.
  • State a map ranking without your export.
  • Suggest an ad channel your rules rule out.

What stays with you.

  • Approving and pasting the listing copy and review replies.
  • Every claim your rules name.

05Sample output

What the report looks like.

An excerpt from the report, with made-up listings. Every value in a real report is quoted from the listing, with its address and date.

07Questions

Before you run it.

Will it change my listings?

No. It writes drafts: listing copy, review replies, a photo list and an hours checklist. A person on your side approves and pastes them.

Can it see where I rank on the map?

Not from public pages. It reports what each listing shows. Give it your Google Business Profile export and it can report the numbers in that export, labeled with their source.

Is it only for dispensaries?

No. Any business with a physical location or a delivery zone can use it. It also covers directories that belong to one category, like Weedmaps and Leafly for cannabis.
