Conversion Skills
Client work on
the toolkit
we use.
Conversion Skills keeps each client in its own folder, with its own voice and its own ledger. Skills write the drafts, and your team approves them. Free by request.
Runs in Claude Code. A person grants access.
An example client folder
- Clients/
- example-bakery/
- context/
- brand.md
- offers.md
- constraints.md
- goals.md
- work/
One client is active at a time.
01The problem
Every client needs its own memory.
Voice, offers, rules and numbers differ from client to client. Kept in one long chat, one client can end up in another client's draft. Conversion Skills gives each client a folder of its own, and one client is active at a time.
What each client keeps
- Its own voice and offers.
- Its own rules on what not to say.
- Its own ledger of numbers and dates.
02How it works
Measure. Find. Fix. Prove.
The same four steps, run once per client, each inside that client's folder.
-
Measure
Record the client's number before anything changes, in that client's own ledger.
You get A baseline per client.
-
Find
Run the checks on the client's pages and rank what stops their buyers, worst first.
You get A ranked list per client.
-
Fix
Draft one change at a time, in the client's own voice, for your team to approve.
You get Drafts your team approves.
-
Prove
Report the before and after with dates, straight from the client's ledger.
You get A report ready to review and send.
03Questions
Questions about the toolkit.
Can we use it on paid client work?
Yes. The toolkit is free by request, and you may run it on any client's work, paid or not. You keep every file it writes. You may not resell it, pass it on, or build a competing product from it.
How do you keep clients apart?
Each client has its own folder, and one client is active at a time. The toolkit checks for files that name another client. It keeps the AI out of other clients' folders; it is not a lock against a person with the files open.
Does anything go to a client without us?
No. Anything a skill writes for a client is a draft. Your team sends and publishes.
Can you build on it for us?
Yes. The Marketing and Operations Agents run on the same toolkit. We build them, and a person on your team approves what they draft.
Which skills should we start with?
Setup in Agency mode, then the client skill: onboard one client, brief, log a meeting and write a report. The library lists all 117.
Where do we start?
Request the toolkit and set up one client from start to finish. Add the next client once that one runs well.
