Core modules

Give each client its own folder.

For agencies. Each client gets a folder with its own profile, goals log, context files and decisions, and the skill works in one of those folders at a time. From there it onboards, briefs you, logs meetings, drafts deliverables, writes reports, checks account health, and packs everything up when the work ends.

  • Agency setups only
  • One client at a time
  • Drafts wait for a person

01When to use it

Use it for work done for a client.

  • A new client signs on and needs a folder, a first goal, and a record of the rules they work under.
  • You want one screen on a client: numbers against target, what you owe, and what you are waiting on.
  • A client call just ended and its notes, decisions and follow-ups need filing.
  • A report is due, a deliverable needs drafting, or an account needs a health check.

Not for

  • A board with every client side by side. Use /portfolio-watch
  • Sorting the stale or conflicting facts logged for a client. Use /signal
  • Writing a case study from a measured win. Use /case-study

02What it needs

Name the client, then the task.

  • The client, by name. If the name fits more than one folder it asks once, and if that does not settle it, the request goes to your inbox and the run stops.
  • For onboarding, answers to a short interview on whatever is missing: who they are, the one number that defines success, their buyers, key people, the terms of the work, and their voice and limits.
  • For everything else: meeting notes or a transcript, the deliverable and its spec, or the period a report covers.
  • An agency setup. On any other, it stops and explains why.

03What it writes

What each client folder holds.

profile.md, goals.md, context/
Who the client is, a goals log that starts with the success number as its target, and their brand, people, buyers, offers and limits.
meetings/, decisions.md
A note per meeting, with decisions added below the earlier ones, each carrying its source and how sure it is.
work/{deliverable-slug}/drafts/
Numbered drafts of each deliverable, built only from this client's files and your shared playbooks and templates.
reports/
Weekly or monthly reports that lead with numbers against target, and a health check rated red, amber or green.

04Limits

What it never does.

  • Open a second client's folder in the same run, even when asked to copy or compare. It tells you in one line why.
  • Use another client's facts, names or files in a draft.
  • Send anything, publish a deliverable, contact the client, change prices or terms, edit permissions, or delete files on its own.
  • Fill a report gap with progress it cannot source. A goal with no fresh number is flagged as stale.

What stays with you.

  • Sending every recap, report and deliverable.
  • Getting the client's sign-off before any case study is used.
  • Changes to prices, terms and permissions.

05Sample output

One account, checked for risk.

An excerpt from a health check on a made-up restaurant account. In a real one, every number carries its source and how sure it is.

Status and next steps

  • Status: red, three open risks.
  • Ask for a fresh lead count before the next report.
  • Agree a new date for the menu page draft.

07Questions

Before you run it.

Can it compare two of my clients?

Not by opening both. It works in one client's folder per run and tells you in a line why the other stays closed. Comparisons come from combined totals that name no single client.

What happens when a client leaves?

It works through an offboarding checklist (open deliverables, a final report, handing over access and credentials, a data export), then packages a copy of the folder with a note on how it is laid out and that the files are the client's to keep. The folder is then marked archived and moved.

Does it work for a solo business?

No. It runs only on an agency setup and stops with an explanation on any other. Your own pipeline, projects and content go through other skills.
