The offer

We build the system. You keep the yes.

An AI automation agency, in our case, means we sit with one repeated job and build the system that runs it. The jobs we talk about first are missed calls, new leads, and photo quotes. An engagement names that job, says who it is for, and says which briefs we turn down. The price is quoted in writing after the free plan.

The offer

One job, named, then built.

The plan.

You describe the week. A person reads it and replies within one business day with the manual work worth a system, and which job to build first. That reply is the Free Systems Plan. It is not a deck and it is not a quote.

The build.

If you want the system, we write the memory, the queue, the record, and the schedule for that one job. You approve the wording a customer would read before it becomes a habit.

The run.

After it is live, the record shows what ran. A change to the words comes back through the same queue. We do not silently widen the job because a model could.

Who it is for

Owners who can point at the pile.

A shop with a phone.

Home services is the usual first read: calls, photos, estimates. If that is your week, start there, then come back if you want it built.

A counter with a menu.

Dispensaries have harder limits on what a draft may say. We will take that work. We will not take a brief that asks for a medical claim.

A desk with a list.

Vet and dental start from the recall list and the phone. If you want a clinical chatbot, we are the wrong agency. Read that page before you send the plan.

Who it is not for

We will say no to a few briefs.

A pile of tools.

If the ask is “connect everything and see what happens,” we will not start. Name the job. If you cannot, the plan is the place to find it, and the answer might be to wait.

A guaranteed outcome.

A brief that asks for a guaranteed reply time, a recovered share of calls, or a doubled book is a brief we turn down. The build is the job in front of you: the miss, the reply, or the file.

A product you can already run.

Kyra, Botender, and Postwire exist so some jobs do not need us. The products page says which. Hiring an agency to rebuild a product you could install is a waste of the week.

How a week starts

You approve the draft. We do not send it on our own.

Day one.

We read the offers, the hours, and the lines you already use. If they are not written down, writing them down is the work, before any automation.

The queue.

Drafts sit with a name. Silence is not approval. If the named person is out, the draft waits. That is slower on purpose.

The record.

What came in, what was drafted, who said yes, what went out. You can ask for that list without asking us to interpret it.

The other doors

Other doors, if the build is the wrong start.

Run it yourself.

Kyra for the phone, Botender for a dispensary chat, Postwire for a month of posts. Signup and plans live on their sites.

See the job first.

The systems hub is the three builds with a status on each. Read the one that matches the pile before you ask for a custom scope.

Proof.

Work names the clients and shows the jobs: missed calls, first replies, and photo files an estimator can price.

Questions

What hiring us does and does not include.

What does an AI automation agency do here?

We turn one manual job into a system with a memory, an approval queue, a record, and a schedule. The first jobs we will scope are missed calls, first replies, and photo quotes. We are not a generalist shop that will automate a department because the word automation was in the brief. If the job is not repeated and not describable, the plan will say so.

How much does it cost?

After the free plan, if there is a build, the price is in writing and it names the job. Ask on the plan if you need that number before a conversation. The reply will say whether we can quote yet.

Do you replace my staff?

No. The system does the repeatable part. A person still approves anything a customer would read that commits the company. If your goal is to remove the estimator, the front desk, or the budtender, we will not take the work. Those people are the approval step.

What is the difference between this and the products?

A product is something you can run without us, inside the limits on its page. An engagement is a system built around your file, your queue, and your record. Many companies should start with the product. We would rather send you there than scope a rebuild. Say which you have already tried.

How do I start?

Use the Free Systems Plan and name the job. A person reads it and replies within one business day. You can also book 30 minutes if you would rather talk. Either way, the next step is a named system or a no. We do not open with a discovery workshop that has no job attached.

Start

Name the job you would hand off.

One pile is enough. A person replies with the first system, or with the product that already does it, or with a no.
