Pricing

Named prices

Each line has a fixed build price and a monthly run price. No hourly billing, no retainer. Kyra has public monthly plans. Conversion OS is free by request. Model and tool fees are separate and published on our pricing index.

Three lines

One build price, one run price

The build ships one working agent around your tools and review habits. The run keeps it useful after week one. Both are named before any work starts.

About four weeks

Run, monthly

$900/mo

Month to month, stop any time

What ships

  • One sales agent around your inbox, forms, and CRM
  • Qualification rules and the handoff to a person
  • Draft follow-up in your voice, sent only after review
  • A weekly pipeline note the owner can read in two minutes

What the run includes

  • Weekly output review and tuning
  • Rule changes as the offer or the team changes
  • Monitoring, with a person on the alerts

Marketing line

Run, monthly

$1,200/mo

Month to month, stop any time

  • Template and rule changes as the client list changes
  • Monitoring, with a person on the alerts

Products

Kyra and Conversion OS

Two products sit under the lines. Kyra is the sales line you can run yourself from day one. Conversion OS is the platform the marketing and operations builds run on.

Sales line, live product

Kyra

A live AI setter for calls, texts, and web chat. Public monthly plans, no build price.

$299/mo

One AI setter for the phone and texts

$499/mo

Calls, texts, and web chat, with 300 voice minutes a month included

Custom

Sized to your markets and call volume

As listed on meetkyra.com, checked 2026-09-01. Voice runs $0.29 per minute after the included pool.

Marketing and operations, free by request

Conversion OS

The agent platform behind the marketing and operations builds: a governed workspace, memory, and review gates. Access costs nothing; a person sets up the first workspace with you.

Free by request

No self-serve signup, no trial, nothing charged.

Custom build

Work outside the three lines

Some work does not sit inside one line: a custom system around your data, a multi-step handoff across teams, an integration nobody sells. Those start at $10K+ and are priced after the free plan names the gap.

See the custom build

Not in the price

  • Model and tool fees. We publish the real numbers on the AI agent pricing index and the cost estimator so you can see them before you buy.
  • Third-party subscriptions the system uses: your CRM, your calendar, your inbox.
  • Kyra, which is priced on its own plans above.

How pricing works

Fixed and named

One price in writing. One named system. One named result. The run is month to month, and you can stop it any time.

Fixed build

The build price is written down before work starts and does not move if we misjudged the effort.

No hourly

Hourly billing rewards slow work. A fixed price rewards shipping.

No retainer

The run fee keeps one named system running. It buys no advisory time and expands nothing on its own.

Stop any time

The run is month to month. Your files and your workspace stay yours.

What does the run price cover?
Keeping a named system running: a weekly review of what the agent produced, tuning as the offer or the team changes, and monitoring with a person on the alerts. It does not cover new builds, and it does not buy advisory time.
Is the run fee a retainer?
No. A retainer is a contract to keep showing up. The run fee is a fixed monthly price for one named system, month to month, and you can stop it any time. New work is a new build with its own named price.
What if the build takes longer than the window?
The build price is fixed. If we misjudged the work, that is on us, not on your invoice. If the scope changes because the business changed, we write a new build with a new price before anyone continues.
Do I have to pick a line first?
No. Start with the free plan. Tell us the work that repeats, and we say whether a sales, marketing, or operations agent is the first build, or whether to wait. The plan is free and a person replies within one business day.
What is not in the price?
Model and tool fees, which we publish on the AI agent pricing index so you can see the real numbers, and any third-party subscriptions the system uses. Kyra is priced on its own plans.
