Products

Three products, one library.

Kyra is the receptionist we set up inside a build.

The three

Pick the job the product already does.

  • Calls, texts, chat

    Kyra.

Kyra picks up the phone and the chat on your site, and she books the visit before the caller hangs up. We set her up inside the build.

  • Dispensary chat

    Botender.

We built Botender so a dispensary site can answer from its own pages and, with Jane, the live menu. The age check stays on, and medical claims stay out. Install notes are on botender.com.

  • A month of posts

    Postwire.

We built Postwire so the month of posts is drafted from your site, your logo, and your colors, and each draft stays put until someone on your team lets it publish.

What a customer might see

A product still ends in a message a person could have written.

Illustrative, not a client result.
Thanks for reaching the shop. Reply with a good time and we will have someone call you back. If you need a price for this job, the office will send that separately.

The library

Conversion Skills is how we build, not a fourth product.

  • The library beside the three.

Conversion Skills is the toolkit our Marketing and Operations builds run on. It is free by request. It is not a chat product and it is not a scheduler.

  • When none of the three covers the job.

The systems are the custom jobs, from a missed call to a Monday page. The agency page is where that engagement gets a name.

Approval

Each product has one limit, stated here.

Kyra can send a routine reply from wording you settled once, after the checks, and it holds back a dollar figure, money off, an arrival you promise, a wider visit, or a fresh claim until your team releases it. Botender will not make a medical claim. Postwire will not publish a draft you have not approved.

  • Kyra can send the ordinary reply.

A callback or a booking inside windows you allowed, written from lines you already settled. The commitment stays with your team.

  • Botender and Postwire wait on purpose.

A shopper who asks for a medical effect is handed to staff. A post stays a draft until someone on your team lets it go out.

Questions

Which product, if any.

Where do I see what each product includes?

Kyra is described on her page here, and we set her up inside a build. Postwire's plans are on postwire.app. Botender's free plan is on botender.com. Those two product sites are the place that stays current for them.

Can one company use more than one product?

Yes, when the jobs are different. Kyra on the phone, Postwire on the calendar of posts, and Botender only if you run a dispensary. They do not replace each other. If you are adding logins to avoid naming the job, use the Free Systems Plan instead.

Is Conversion Skills a fourth product?

No. There are three products: Kyra, Botender, and Postwire. Conversion Skills is the library those builds run on, and you can request it without buying a build.

Will you install Kyra, Botender, or Postwire for us?

You can start Botender and Postwire yourself. The pages say what you need on your side, such as a Jane menu. Kyra is set up as part of a Conversion System build. Ask for a custom build when a product's limits are the reason it will not do the job.

Not a product

If the job is not on one of these pages, name it.

The plan is for the work a product does not cover. A person will say so, instead of forcing a signup.
